Technologic strengths

• Integrated concept
  Aiming for becoming the affordable green buildings of the near future, both technologically mature and minimalistic, our constructions are designed more like cars, than like common buildings. It means that all the functions are taken into account from the beginning, the product design and development follows an integrated concept and, even in the condition of low-cost low-tech constructions, all the spaces related to "optional" are built-in and are available for possible upgrades.
• Open platform
  The building modules are designed to accommodate not only the today's technologies and hardware, but also future installations of devices. This involves the existence of pre-built passages for the installations and important functional reserves, in order to allow repeated upgrades.
• Versatility
  The simplicity of the project, the high level of standardization of the components, together with the multiple available distributions of the modules, allow a huge diversity of possible configurations of each module and of the entire construction, from the blueprint to the already existing  structures. This means an unprecedented ability of the construction system to match the customer's demands and the determinations of the construction site, as well as the possibility to develop gradually the constructions, following actual rather than forecasted needs of the inhabitants.
• Unlimited upgrade
  This strong point represents a massive advantage, especially in residential applications, ensuring the availability of state-of-the-art technology regardless of the age of the construction. Of course, since our system is brand new, we speak about the future.

Price strength

We do not aim momentarily to cost leadership. It is too early for an innovative concept. But we can already be very competitive regarding the costs in many relevant segments.

• Passive houses
  Our innovative approach allows us to build passive houses at costs similar to standard constructions. This is a major advantage.
• Constructions wit large openings
  Monumental constructions, with high ceilings and large openings are highly expensive. The domes are the only inexpensive solution to obtain spectacular indoors.
• Difficult construction sites
  Weak soils, high levels of underground waters, highly denivelated terrains, etc are major factors of cost increases in classic buildings. It is not the case for our domes, that are a cost-efficient alternative in these situations.

Affordability strength

This feature not necessarily refers to price, but to the average monthly expenses related to the acquisition of a building. We claim that at a similar price with a common building, our domes are much more affordable.

• Modularity and progressive development of the building
  This is a major source of economy, especially through the reduction of the financial costs related to the mortgage loans. This also decreases the acquisition risks, the entry barrier and the average age for of the acquisition of a home.
• Upgrades
  Unlimited cost-effective upgrades allow a simpler, less expensive configuration of the building at the moment of the acquisition, and a progressive increase in quality and value during the exploitation of the construction.
